My vacation in Nuevo Vallarta was great. We had the good fortune of being upgraded to The Grand Mayan. It was double the pleasure since we had brought friends who had never been to Mexico before. We’ve always enjoyed our time with MayanPalace and are always left with wanting more! Kathy B.
We always enjoy our stay at the MayanPalace Sea Garden. The staff is top notch and I can’t say enough good things about them, starting with the bellboys and the front desk to the pool bartender and the chambermaid that took care of your suite. The staff of MayanPalace acknowledges you as a person and makes you feel like family, not a paid guest. To me that is very important and makes all the difference in the world when it comes to choosing where to vacation. We have stayed at Sea Garden, Mayan Palace and The Grand Mayan, and to me, the Sea Garden is best for it is smaller than the others and it feels more like home.
